In this era, when standard of most of the services in India is going down the drain (some of them being health care, hospitality, entertainment, financial services - insurance etc.) despite the fact that this sector contributes majorly towards India's GDP and offers huge employment opportunities, it is heartening to see  iXiGO always ready to listen to customers' complain, their feedback and suggestions. The various features on their website like fare outlook, filter flights have surely come from the suggestions of their patrons.
